Our office is closed on weekends. However, our technicians & DJ’s are taking care of deliveries & functions over weekends.
We accept EFT (electronic funds transfer), cash deposit or cash payment at our offices.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cheque payments at this time.

In the unfortunate event that your DJ is not well, we will replace your DJ with another member of our DJ crew. All notes for you function will be transferred to the new DJ.
Absolutely. Our first meeting is free and we can come out to you, if you would like, you are also welcome to meet us at our offices. All other meetings can take place at our offices at no extra charge.
Yes. We offer venue inspection meetings with our clients by arrangement. As we work at functions during the week and weekend.
Our DJ’s play music that is suited to our clients specific functions. Our clients will tell the DJ’s what their music preference is, and our DJ’s will cater accordingly.
It is usually recommended for clients to have an alternative solution in the event of rain. Should rain come through at a function with a technician, the technician will immediately stop the equipment on the first sign of rain and move it somewhere safe. He will then re-start the service once fully connected.
We offer an overtime rate based on the type of function you have booked. Check with us to get details of your specific overtime rate, or you may check your quote for details.
